If your ring is not the correct size, we will exchange it for another item of the same value within 14 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be in new and unworn/unused condition.

Sterling Silver, 14k Gold, Gold Filled, and Mixed Metal Rings
Should your ring break within 3 months of the purchase date due to a manufacturer defect, we will replace with the same or similar item of the same value. Shipping or mailing charges may apply.

Cubic Zirconia Rings
Stones are not covered under warranty.

Anklets
Should your anklet break due to poor craftsmanship within 30 days of the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it with the same or similar item of the same value.

These things may tarnish your sterling silver:
Hot tubs, swimming pools, salt water, the acidity in your body, some foods, cosmetics and medications.

Clean your rings with a polishing cloth only. Do not use any sort of chemical silver cleaner.
